Southern Yellow Pine Lamp
The naturally translucent, old growth Southern Yellow Pine end grain panels that make up these lampshades are, for lack of better words, a freak of nature. Regrettably, as with white alligators and other such anomalies, this phenomenon occurs with great rarity—from a hundred thousand board feet of recycled Yellow Pine beams, one might find enough material to produce a half dozen lamps.
This lamp will be sold in annual editions of ten pieces.
